Do I need to be home during the service?
No, it is not required that you be home during an exterior only window cleaning or pressure washing service. We will, however, need access to a back yard area via gate code, gate key, etc. Inside window cleaning usually requires an appointment but some customers trust us with their garage code, so that is an option as well.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing employs high-pressure water for hard surfaces, while soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with specialized cleaning solutions. Soft washing is particularly suitable for roofs, siding, and more delicate surfaces.
